The heat exchange tubes of the corrugated
heat exchanger uses the large-space corrugated tubes
of thin wall and variable sectional areas so that
strong disturbance will be produced when liquid
flowing in the tube, effectively increasing the
water supply coefficient both inside and outside
the tube and achieving very high heat conducting
coefficient and high efficiency. For the heat exchanger
of the corrugated tubes, the thin-wall tubes of
stainless steel is adopted as the heat-conducting
components, which has the function of self-cleaning
and resisting corrosion, namely preventing staining,
blocking and stain accumulation and ensuring stable
operation. The corrugated tube heat exchanger has
the merit of resisting high temperature, high pressure
and reducing the stress arising from temperature
difference, ensuring the thermal stress of the tube
plate
to be very small, which prevents the pipe opening
from breakage, which may lead to leakage. While
the same amount of heat is exchanged, the corrugated
tube exchanger, comparing with other types, is small
in size, compact in structure and requires only
a small land occupation. |

In the U-shape tube heat exchanger,
the heat exchange tube is turned into U shape. Both
ends of the tube are secured on the same piece of
tube plate. Therefore,it is simple in structure
and low in manufacturing costs comparing with other
types of
exchangers. The tubes can be drawn out from inside
the case. The external surface of the heat exchange
tube can be easily cleaned. But, it’s difficult
to clean the interior of the tubes. Therefore, it’s
necessary to make sure that the medium in the tubes
shall be clean and does not cause accumulation of
stains easily. Normally, the U-shape tube heat exchanger
is used for high temperature and high pressure.
For those tubes requiring cleaning, arrangement
in square shall be necessary with the tube pass
in even number. |

The horizontal float coil heat exchanger
is in the structure of suspended arm type coils.
In the process of heating, thanks to the electric
force of the hot medium in the coil, high-frequency
floating is produced in the coils, causing strong
disturbance to the medium to be heated, destroying
the laminar heat transfer and producing high heatconducting
capacity. The heat exchanger is marked with high
efficiency in heat exchange reaching over 95%. The
equipment is compact in structure, small in size,
requires small land occupation, and does not need
any space for coils to be drawn out. It is
marked with high level automation and achieves automatic
control over the temperature and pressure. It does
not require the complicated technologies for the
removal of accumulated stains. The temperature on
the shell is low, causing low heat loss. |
