| Application |
The machine is fit for singeing for
fabrics of natural fibers like cotton, yarn and wool, and
artificial fibers and synthetic fibers. It is intended to
eliminate the foreign substances and fibers stuck on
fabric surfaces.
1.The steam combustion chamber is ceramic and has oil spray
jet. While ensuring complete combustion, the jet will burn
the fibers on fabrics surfaces completely without wasting
any energy resources.
2.The machine runs in the high speed of 300m/min.
3.The temperature can be varied easily between 400℃ and
1200℃.
4.The types of burning gases can be L, P, G, natural gas
and other gas fuel used in cities.
5.For saving energy, the width of flame can be regulated
according to cloth width.
6.When machine stopped running, the combustion chamber will
run in reverse direction automatically to prevent burning
the cloth.
7.Subject to the different types of cloths, the distance
between fabrics and jets can be adjusted between 16mm and
63mm.
